Nitrosamine-Free Rubber Accelerator LB
Our New Advantage Product
Accelerator LB is an exceptional, nitrosamine-free accelerator designed for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and latex applications. It acts as an effective activator for thiazole and hyposulfonamide accelerators. This environmentally friendly alternative to ZDEC boasts comparable vulcanization activity without the production of nitrosamines.
Notably, in latex, Accelerator LB offers an ultra-faster vulcanization speed compared to ZDEC, while maintaining excellent latex stability. It stands out for its pollution-free, non-discoloring, non-toxic, odourless, and tasteless characteristics, making it ideal for use in the production of white, brightly coloured, and transparent products.
Accelerator LB finds its primary application in the latex industry, where it is instrumental in manufacturing medical products, adhesive tapes, self-curing items, latex gloves, latex foaming products and some other latex products, contributing to safer and more eco-friendly production processes.
