ZDTP can be used as a fast vulcanisation accelerator for natural rubber and EPDM rubber. It has a high degree of vulcanization crosslinking and good heat resistance; when improving the resistance to vulcanization inversion, attention should be paid to the dosage in order to achieve a good balance between scorching and safety. ZDTP is a fast vulcanising accelerator for NR and EPDM, and when used with MBTS or hyposulphonamide accelerators in NR formulations, it greatly improves the reductive properties of the rubber, and has no amine structure and does not contain nitrosamines when used in the vulcanising system, causing discolouration or contamination. It can be used in translucent/rapidly vulcanised natural rubber shoe sole formulations at a typical dosage of 1 to 1.5 parts.

Product Data	ZDTP is mainly used as an EPDM vulcanisation accelerator and has the advantage of no frosting, fast vulcanisation and low cost.
Application	ZDTP is a fast vulcanising accelerator for NR and EPDM, and when used in combination with MBTS or hyposulphonamide accelerators in NR formulations, it greatly improves the resistance of the compound to reversion.
Storage	It should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place at a temperature below 50°C. Packaged products should be kept out of direct sunlight and are valid for 1 year.
Packing	25kg plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, kraft paper bags or 20/200kg drums.
