Product Data

Slightly bitter taste, odourless. Relative density: 1.01-1.02, soluble in chloroform, acetone, ethanol, slightly soluble in benzene, and insoluble in gasoline and water.

Application

Very similar in activity to accelerator D. Very low activity at operating temperatures and very safe to handle. The critical vulcanisation temperature is 141°C. It is very active at the vulcanisation temperature, especially above the critical temperature, and has a good vulcanisation flatness. It is an important active agent for thiazole and sub-sulphonamide accelerators and has the effect of a super accelerator when used with accelerator M. It is mainly used for thick-walled products, tread rubber, buffer layer, rubber roller cover rubber, etc. The dosage is generally 0.8-1.5 parts when used as the first accelerator and 0.1-0.5 parts when used as the second accelerator of thiazole accelerators.

Storage

It should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The packaged product should be kept out of direct sunlight. The product should be stored in a dry, cool, well-ventilated place, avoiding exposure of the packaged product to sunlight. The expiry date is 1 year.
