Application

An antioxidant used for rubber products with high efficiencies is also used as a stabilizer in synthetic rubber which is widely applied in lots of rubber products.is mainly used in natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It is a kind of polluting anti-ageing agent in a p-phenylenediamine anti-aging agent. In addition to having good anti-oxidation efficiency, it has excellent protection efficiency against ozone cracking and flexes fatigue. Its performance and antioxidant 4010NA are similar, but its toxicity and skin irritation ratio 4010NA are smaller, and the solubility in water is better than that in water 4010NA. It is widely used in the preparation of industrial rubber products such as aeroplanes, bicycles, automobile tires, wires and cables, tapes, etc. The general dosage is 0.5-1.5%. This product is not suitable for making light-coloured products due to serious pollution. A p-phenylenediamine antioxidant is the main excellent variety commonly used in the rubber industry at home and abroad, and it is also the development direction of antioxidant in the future.
